Phuc Deli-Viet’s Story

Phuc (pronounced ‘Fook’) Deli-Viet is one of Brisbane’s most popular Vietnamese restaurants, conveniently located in Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

Phuc Deli-Viet serves healthy Vietnamese dishes, mostly low fat, gluten free and natural. Offering truly unique and authentic street food flavours, Phuc Deli-Viet has been serving customers from across Brisbane for the past 16 years. 

Only the freshest ingredients are used, sourced from local suppliers. Our dedicated team of chefs believe that creating delicious Asian food is all about finding the right balance between yin and yang. The venue is fully licensed and offers a range of great beverages from wine, to beer and cider.  

Phuc Deli’s Signature Pho

Pho (pronounced Fur), consists of rice noodle soup with natural beef stock, flavoured with spices, simmered for 12 hours, usually with a combination of marrow bone, oxtail, brisket and a boiler chicken and served with salad, or bean shoots and mint. Some call it the Vietnamese equivalent of chicken soup, while others call it liquid gold. But most people just call it yum!

A traditional bowl of Pho is renowned for its healthy properties and is easily one of the most loved dishes in Vietnamese culture. It is a light, fragrant soup eaten for breakfast and all through the day. 

The Pho made at Phuc Deli-Viet is often referred to by long-term customers as “The best Pho in Brisbane” and “The best Pho outside of Vietnam”.
